Seeking family guy games does any exist? :: Steam Community

In 2015, Steam accidentally gave a guy $4,000 in free games.

Main Post:

A user named "Sonix" discovered a bug in Steam’s refund system that mistakenly refunded his money but let him keep the games. He reported the issue to Valve, and instead of punishing him, they thanked him for his honesty!

Update:
Thank you strangers for the 2.3k Upvotes.

Well i did some digging and i found something. Idk if this is the guy, but as i see there is a high chance that it is.

  • Sonix now owns 37,474 games, making his collection one of the largest on Steam.
  • now owns 20,898 DLCs.
  • and 22,490 games on his wishlist.
  • Despite having thousands of games, he primarily plays Dota 2 (76% of the time).
  • His Steam account is Level 299, with 105 badges

For those curious, his Steam profile can be found here: Sonix's Steam Profile. Not every day you see an account with a collection this massive.

Beast games homeless guy/dude Harrison

Main Post:

I wholeheartedly believe he, and the other leaders made an EXTREMELY wrong, completely not thought out decision.

The end goal is for only one winner, one person takes all. Having integrity and looking out for your own competition is foolish and just outright dumb. They are not a team, not friends, they are opponents.

So by not taking the million dollars, you practically spend a million to keep people that will want to take you out later down the line, FOR LITERALLY NO REASON OTHET THAN “HoNoR”. In An environment like this, honor is the last thing you’d want to worry about. Otherwise why are they there? The whole point is money, to win, and they threw away life changing money for people that won’t even think of them a week later.

Where are they when you’re being walked away huh? That “family” you thought you had by being selfless. Are those people watching you with relief that they’re not in your position worth 1 million?

Narcissism always beats hopeful idealists

Theory about the boat captain (s2 spoilers)

Main Post:

In season 2 we meet this mysterious boat captain that saved Jun-ho after he fell from the cliff. It turns out that this captain is a traitor who is actually leading Jun-ho away from the island and hindering his investigation. In season 1 episode 5 the guards are continuing work on their organ harvesting scheme and talking about a delivery. One of them mentions needing to make it to “the boat” on time. My theory is that this boat is run by the captain we meet in season two and he is the one who retrieves the harvested organs from the island to take to the main land. I think that on a routine trip to pick up the organs the captain picked up Jun-ho off the island. I do not think that the captain is working with the front man and the others running the games. I think he is working with the guards running the harvesting schemes and his motive for not wanting Jun-ho to find the island is because he doesn’t want to lose the money he makes from delivering the organs, nothing else. No big conspiracy with the front man and other higher ups, just simply wanting to keep protecting the money he is getting. I think this would fit the themes of greed in this show much more than if the captain were working with the frontman or some other higher up to keep the games running.

Top Comment: I think the boatman is in league with the front man. He didn't take a lethal shot. I think he told the captain where to find him and is paying him to lead him away from the island so he won't get hurt.
